We are pleased to announce that NET CS, The Church of England, and Cellnex Telecom have agreed a new national Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The MoU is fully Code- and Faculty-compliant and gives individual churches the same protections and benefits already established under the national agreements with the Mobile Network Operators.
It also provides Cellnex and its tower-co businesses with a sub-licence framework aligned to their operating model, together with clear, Faculty-compliant processes to support new church telecoms sites, equipment upgrades, and licence renewals.
